This policy (Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR) describes how the personal data of users who visit parmaevents.it and use the contact / quote request form are processed.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is Parma Eventi S.r.l. (hereinafter "Parma Eventi"), registered office at Viale Garibaldi 6, 92016 Ribera (AG), VAT no. 02916040849. Contact email: parmaeventisrl@gmail.com. No DPO has been appointed; for any request concerning personal data you may write to the email above.
2. Data we process
- Browsing data: for the sole functioning of the site, systems and the hosting provider record certain data whose transmission is implicit in internet protocols (e.g. IP addresses, technical logs).
- Contact/quote form data: name, email address, phone number, company, name of the trade fair and any notes you choose to provide.
3. Purposes
- To respond to contact and quote requests for exhibition stand fitting services.
- To manage communications and any pre-contractual stage related to the request.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
- Handling requests and quotes: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject or legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
- Legal obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing the data is optional, but failure to provide it makes it impossible to handle the request.
5. Recipients
Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. For the above purposes only, they may be processed by: Flora Solutions (technical provider of the site and email, Data Processor under Art. 28 GDPR); Vercel Inc. (USA, hosting/infrastructure); Zoho Corporation (email/SMTP service used to send the request); Google LLC (USA), both as recipient of the request (the mailbox parmaeventisrl@gmail.com is a Google Gmail service) and for Google Maps and external content loaded upon consent (see Cookie Policy).
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (Vercel, Google) are based in the United States or may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers take place on the basis of adequate safeguards (Arts. 44 ff. GDPR): Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and/or adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. A copy may be requested from the Controller.
7. Retention
Contact/quote form data are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last contact, save for legal obligations or the need to defend a right.
8. Your rights
You may exercise, free of charge and at any time, the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Exercising these rights is free; a fee may be charged only for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (Art. 12(5) GDPR). To exercise them, write to parmaeventisrl@gmail.com.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome – www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU State where you reside.
